This isn’t yoga that will feel like a workout. This is yoga designed to help you soften and reconnect. A calm, supportive practice to steady the body, ease tension, and create space to breathe.
You’re invited to come just as you are - messy, tired, stressed. It’s all human, and it’s all welcome here. This class emphasises the practice of noticing how things feel in your body, noticing if your mind wanders, and practising being okay with it all. Using the breath as an anchor.
All you need to bring is yourself.
The class will begin at 12.30pm, with a suggestion to arrive around 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in and get comfy [doors will remain locked prior to this].
